The good - Able to resist wind better than standard badminton shuttlecock, - able to hit 2 to 4x as far as regular shuttle cock - able to use regular batmington rackets or light tennis racket (if you are a muscular type). - very durable. Haven't have one break on me yet.The bad - able to hit 2 to 4x as far - if you have poor aim or have poor control of how far you hit - your mistake is 2x or 4x as much. if you or your partner is an unskilled player, be prepared to end up spending more time picking up the shuttlecock than maintaining a good rally. - Not able to resist a strong wind. If you want to play something during stronger wind - play tennis.

better made than i thought, so much fun, bounce is great, speed is crazy, it goes far far far when hit - so be aware, fun fun fun, price could be better but all prices could be better these days - we like to play so they will get used at my house, have not had them long to know how long they will last? - update at a later dateUPDATE - made very well, you have to get these little speedmintons, you will have so much fun!!!! These are definitely not your usual shuttlecocks, but that's not the point. These are super fun to volley back and forth in a field and get a really good workout. They fly extremely far and fast - plus they make a whistle sound when they first leave the racket. I bought them just for recreational use, so I can't really comment on their use for a professional game purpose. If you're new to these, they are smaller than "traditional" shuttlecocks so they take some getting used to. I definitely wouldn't recommend using these in an area with lots of trees because I guarantee you'll get them stuck in a few minutes.

These birdies fly fast and the color is easily visible. These make noise when hit - at least mine do, we were amused by it. (yes, I guess some of us are easily amused) The only reason I give these a 4 instead of a 5 is because they are smaller than I expected them to be. Maybe the difference is because these are speeders instead of normal shuttle?.These are well made and look like they will hold up nicely.

I love these shuttlecocks, they are so fast and much more precise , and you can play at longer distances. They make a whistling sound when launched which adds to the thrill of playing with them. You can use regular badminton rackets (had no problem doing so, other then having to aim better), although larger rackets would probably be easier to use for a beginner.

These birdies are so miniature and so fun to play around with!!The ONE bad thing about them is if your use to "regular" birdies that come with badminton nets they are so much different, with regular birdies so have to hit it hard to get it somewhere.With these birdies you just lightly hit it and it goes like 50 feet, it's crazy but there very fun to volley with i would reccomend these to any frequent Badminton player because they are so much fun to play with but if you don't have a lot of experience with badminton I would start out with "regular" birdies!

Or speeders are so much fun. We have a nice park behind our house and love playing speedminton when the sun is out. This sport is so much fun and give you a nice little workout at the same time. Easy way to kill and hour or two and enjoying time with family or friends. Makes badminton look boring.

I really enjoy playing Speedminton. This 3-pack birds are a must have if you play in your neighborhood instead of a park or another open area. I keep losing them in the trees or nearby rooftops so I decided to purchase these.
