From frozen yogurt to mushroom mush!
Let me tell you, this Hamilton Beach Food Processor is the Swiss Army knife of kitchen gadgets! I've had this bad boy for a while now, and it's become my go-to for everything from quick snacks to culinary experiments (some more successful than others). First off, the 10-cup capacity is perfect. It's large enough to handle big batches but can easily fit on top of the fridge. The stainless steel and black design looks sleek in my kitchen, too. But enough about looks - let's talk performance! This thing is a beast when it comes to versatility. Want some homemade frozen yogurt? Toss in some frozen fruit and yogurt, and boom! Instant treat. Craving hummus? It whips up a smooth, creamy dip in no time. And let's not forget the time it saved my behind when I needed pureed mushrooms (don't ask... I was in a pickle). It pulverized those fungi faster than you can say "umami." The slicing and shredding capabilities are top-notch. I've prepped veggies for salads and soups in record time. And can we talk about the easy-clean bowl scraper? Genius! No more stopping to scrape down the sides manually. Clean-up is a breeze, too. The parts are dishwasher safe, which is a huge plus in my book. Now, I'll admit, there was a bit of a learning curve with the different attachments and speeds. But once you get the hang of it, this processor becomes an extension of your culinary creativity. Whether you're a kitchen novice or a seasoned chef, this Hamilton Beach Food Processor is a game-changer. It's durable, versatile, and ready to tackle whatever wild recipe you throw at it. From frozen treats to mystery mushroom mush, this thing has seen it all and hasn't let me down yet. In short, if you want a reliable kitchen sidekick that can handle the basics and the bizarre with equal aplomb, look no further. This food processor is worth every penny!

Budget friendly, larger bowl with scraper
It’s a nice option that I found on sale. The scraper attachment works, it’s sleek and a modern design.

Does the job! Impressive dicing.
I am poor cook and have never had a food processor before, but this was easy to use. I used it for the first time yseterday (12/25/22) to make stuffing/dressing: SLICING: Celery: trimmed 3 small stalks to about 8-10” long; made a vertical cut for each. Fed all 3 together in the food chute. As hoped, this produced very nicely diced celery. Carrots: scraped & trimmed 3 medium carrots, also ~8”. Planned to cut each carrot vertically, but forgot. Fed all 3 together in the food chute. This produced coins about 1/4” thick. The slicer worked incredibly quickly, and drew these long veggies in so I didn't need the shute food pusher. CHOPPING: switched from the slicer blade to the chopper S-blade. (Didn't bother with the food scrapper.) Left the celery and carrots in the bowl. Cut 2/3 onion and ½ cored apple into ~1” square chunks and dumped them into the bowl. Gave 2-3 quick pulses to the food and Wow! Everything was diced together into small bits (a little less than 1/4” each, I think.) The carrot coins were diced just like everything else. I intentionally diced my ½ cup of walnuts by hand. (Next time, I might throw the nuts in with the food chunks.) I intentionally diced my ½ cup of prunes by hand—these are sticky and might be hard to clean out. Later, after making the dressing and cleaning the processor: PUREEING (using the S-blade): Cut 24 oz of peeled, just-baked butternut squash, into roughly 1” chunks and put them into the bowl. This filled the bowl to about 3/4” below the max fill line for S-blading. (They were still warm, but not hot.) Again took only about 3 pulses to puree the whole thing. Nice consistency. I used the food scraper attachment (between pulses?) this time, and I think it helped a bit. VERDICT: Does the job! Impressed with the dicing. Downside: not hard to wash the various parts, but it does take time (and space on my drainer). So, for small cutting, chopping jobs, quicker overall to just cut by hand. However, for a larger batch of something, especially if it requires a lot of slicing, chopping, or pureeing, the processor is probably worth it. I think it might be ideal for making up a large batch of soup. Can hold 10 cups—that's 5 servings of soup.

Good investment
I bought this hamilton beach food processor for daily use in kitchen, its a versatile product which I can use for chopping wide range of vegetables from tough one like onions, potatoes ,carrots to softer one like tomatoes overall the output wattage of this machine is good. I like the one blade do all concept ,i have used many other food processors in the past which came with different blades for chopping and different set of blades for making dough ,but it was a hassle to store all the blades ,this one feature is really good. I made paav bhaji for which i have to chop variety of vegetables and which takes a very long time doing manually,i was able to do it in under 5 mins using this machine. It very good for dough making the side scrapper is a very unique feature which reduces wastes and afterwards cleaning efforts. I tried to churn buttermilk to make butter which also turned out well Over all do as it promised, good product Only downside of this is when you are using the shredding blade you don't have the choice to adjust thickness of the shredding or slices

Cuts Like a Dream
It’s fast, reliable, and handles everything I throw at it without breaking a sweat. Honestly, it’s doing more processing than I am most days. The blades are impressively sharp and the size is perfect—big enough to get the job done, small enough to not feel like I’m operating heavy machinery. Highly recommend!

This was exactly like our old one, which stopped working after a long, hard, every-day use, career. We bought a couple of others first but returned them because they were too complicated for us. We only want them to cube vegetables and mix cakes. We ended up buying this one again because you can't beat a good workhorse like this one.

Here is the lowdown, the blender worked perfectly for three weeks without any issues. Although each time i went for a bowl of hummus or guacamole i would smell the burning of wires. I was told this is common off Hamilton products! After three weeks the kitchen reeked of burnt and suddenly just stopped working. I contacted the seller who said that less than 6 months and the product is out of warranty. So i took the piece to a local electrician who said the wires burned off. After repairing it, again the kitchen started reeking and the piece went silent on me. I took it again to the electrician who said another part went bad and handed it back too me. I spun it 1 more time and boom it went silent on me.
