I've only used it for one week (7 days exactly), but I'm already beginning to see and feel the immediate benefits. Within the first day of taking this product, I felt more energized, and now I actually feel more focused throughout the day. My bloating has decreased significantly as well. Yes, the taste is initially JARRING, but, like everyone else here is saying, you can mix it with juice, which helps dampen the taste. I personally take it solo and then drink something afterwards. Again, it's just one week of results, but I definitely feel much better holistically.

Lots of people complain about the taste. It isn’t the best tasting but it really healthy for you, just look at the ingredients and really works well for me. After taking for a week I already feel less bloated and feel better. I’m going to continue taking. I’m excited to more results with long term. I am also excited about all the Serene products. I trust this name brand compared to other companies.

It really does work. The first week you will be on the toilet a lot and it taste horrible but the pay out is worth it. I feel lighter, my skin is clearer and I have way more energy. FYI DO NOT mix it with juice or any drink, it will just over power it. I take it then tart cranberry juice, it helps clear the taste from your mouth.

I'd give it 5 stars but it taste so freaking bad!!! Its definitely works though!!! Don't bother mixing it with a drink it's to strong. The best way ive found was take it like a shot, dont let it touch your tongue as best as ypu can, then immediately bite a lemon or an orange. Stay hydrated, stay close to a toilet, and dont cough! I definitely lost my beer belly, and my stomach doesn't hurt in the mornings anymore. Its a great product, its just gross lol

The bitters liquid is not thick, so it goes down easy. I have been taking 2 tsp twice a day after meals. I was going to the gym trying to shed a few lbs and nothing. The first week of these bitters got me down 2 lbs already! The taste is bad but I throw it in the back of my throat, avoiding my tongue and then get a little spoon of honey or peanut butter right after if the taste is too much for you. It doesn't cause upset stomach but I would imagine it would if taken on an empty stomach maybe, I just follow the directions on the bottle. Nice big bottle and so far does what it's said to do. 10/10 highly recommend.

I don’t know why yall aren’t keeping it real about the taste! It is bitter, I trusted the reviews saying it was smooth and tolerable but it is not. I messed up and put it in 16 oz of water and the bitter taste remained. It’s not easy to chug down either as it made me gag when I tried. It took me 30 minutes to drink it. I’ll return to edit once I see gut health improve. EDIT: Alright, it works! Helped my bowel movements. It took the high craving of sweets I’ve been having lately, AWAY! 2nd pic is my edit. Added a pinch of salt to my lemon water as the chaser since I don’t do juice. Day 3 and feeling the improvement!

I’ve been using this soursop bitters liquid for a little while now and overall I’m pleased with the quality. The liquid is clear and the ingredients appear well blended. The taste is strong and herbal, as expected for bitters, but it’s manageable when mixed with juice or water. The texture is smooth and easy to swallow, and the dropper bottle makes it simple to measure the right amount. I also like that it mixes well without leaving heavy residue. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects, and it didn’t interfere with my sleep qualit.
