My neurosurgeon recommended this product for severe neck pain. I use it a night before I go to bed and it helps me to fall asleep easier by taking the edge of the pain. Works better than the patches and you can put it exactly wear you need it without using the sticky messy patches that move around. You just need to allow a couple of minutes for it to dry after application. Highly recommend. Amazon has a much better price than Walgreens and other stores.

Icy hot works well for pain.

Ice hot works if you roll it on up to 4 hours. I like the cream one better. You can rub it into your skin an it last longer then 5 hours. No smell.

Please not this is not like the original Icy Hot. If you are expecting to feel any type of heat or burning sensation when applying this you will be disappointed. This has no smell and there is no heat. This is only lidocaine. Lidocaine does not give off heat or smell. I've used it on my arm and back and have been pretty happy with results but you don't need to over apply it because you think its not working due to the lack of heat or smell. If you want heat then you need to stick with the original Icy Hot.

This is a good product but I had a difficult time opening the cap. I watched a U tube video and it showed me what I was not doing.

I can't get this subject anywhere else so I'm going to put it here this makes the second time they have put my purchase on top of a garbage can out in my driveway right now I'm sitting here with a broken spine I have told them before I cannot walk down the stairs so please put it on the porch by the door they must not be able to read as far as I'm concerned it was not delivered have the delivery people repurchase the products they were supposed to deliver and let them buy and deliver them to me again let's see if they can get it right this is not the first time this has happened I'm 77 I have a broken spine and I can't go out and get these things I've told them about this before they ruined almost a whole thing of mayonnaise for him by letting the freeze out on the garbage other things too so not do with this what you want Icy Hot is no longer an effective product for some reason they have cheapened it up it didn't even last a half hour when I would use it prior to this year it would at least kill the pain for at least 4 hours now it doesn't nothing very very disappointed in this product will not purchase again

I have bursitis in my hips. I've had injections from a pain spen; I got less relief from them than from Icy Hot lidocaine ointment. The roll on is so convenient and I don't get it on my hands!
