Slumberdown Fresh & Healthy Mattress Protector Double, White

Compared to my old cover the sides of this protector are good and stretchy. I noticed the difference putting it on.The top is nice, stitched and definitely cotton.It is not overly thick, it is a protector not a mattress topper.It is not a waterproof one.It DOES have British allergy Foundation seal of approval.Slumberdown's description states-"Inhibits dustmites, fungus and mould ".I can feel the additional layer on the bed and does stop you feeling any knobbly bits in your mattress.I think this is an excellent price for a double cotton one. I paid double this amount for one from a bed store before.I've contacted Amazon about the mis-information in their product description.These are NOT meant to be tumble dryed.See photo I added, for sizes and instructions.It has elasticated corners.I took a star off for Amazon's misinformation as I won't be putting mine in a tumble dryer.

After some months this product has gone Bobbly and is uncomfortable

Too narrow for my double bed by 3 inches per side. Cover washed and dried as per instructions. Quality good otherwise but not double width.

A good fit on my single mattress, holds in place very well.Feels good quality.Instructions state:- DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.
