This jack works pretty well on one side anyway not sure why the other side doesn't work.

It broke already...:-( only had it for a 2 weeks

You get what you paid for.

This works fine. I suppose the wires could be an inch longer, but that may just make it more difficult to use. The fit is snug, so I don't think anything will accidentally come unplugged.

I received this item today but just got a chance to use it. I was appalled to find that each of the dual female outputs only output in one channel (Mono) Which is not what is advertised. I don't know if mine is defective or what, but due to this the cable will not work for what I need it to do and I'll be returning it.

The jack worked out and met all of my expectations except, It took several weeks and, several e-mails to receive it. The 4 stars is for the item not the service.

As has been said many times already, the description is wrong. This isn't a solution for splitting a stereo source between 2 headphones unless getting one channel of audio is your goal. Each output is the left and right channels separated.I ended up getting a Behringer HA400 to do the job properly.
