Does it reduce pigmentation?

Anyone experienced this product to pill on your face? I hate the flaking effect and experienced this already with the serum version of this one. Thank

I find if I put make up on straight after it does flake a little but if I leave for it to soak in and then apply, it is fine.

do you apply a moisturiser afterwards?

No need for moisturiser. It’s all in there. Serum and moisturiser with sun protection.
