Can it be programmed to go off every hour?

Which product should i purchase if i want to save multiple intervals? i purchased this gymboss and didn't realize the minimax existed. read about both

Can the timer be programmed for the galloway method (run-walk-run), say run 1 minute and walk 2 minutes, then repeat?
