Is the 12 volt output regulated, example when battery is down to 50% is the dc voltage at 12 volts or higher? thank you

When I connect it to a solar panel it starts beeping and shows E09. What does that mean?

E01 error code got stuck in dc mode. I tried unplugging and wait and plug back in , tried press and hold many different ways. Nothing worked.

Can you plug a heater into this power station? If so, how long would it usually last?
