Possible manufacturing change. Not the best for blasting.
They're not the same cans I'm use too, they should be seamless. Also the wording on the can is different. If its not a knockoff then puretane it's self have changed factory locations. Theirs no longer a "100% made in USA" label, or for that matter a "made in" lable at all on the can.The can on the left is authentic and can the right is what i received.
