Does NOT have zero degree tilt. Poorly constructed
The back frame (the part that physically attaches to wall) was relatively easy to install and level. The arms that screw to the back of the TV a relatively flimsy and with the tilt adjustment on both arms fully set to zero degree tilt and firmly tightened, after hooking the top of the arms to the top "track" of the back frame, you then need to tighten the 2 screws at the bottom of the arms against the bottom track. You need to start the screws loosely and then tighten the screws while pulling the TV away from the wall. The holding screws on the bottom are not aligned to the top hooks on the arms and thus the will not fully align with hooks causing a several degree tilt. The top of the TV is 4 3/4" from the wall, the bottom of the TV is 3" from the wall. This is on a 43" Sony TV. I would NOT recommend this wall mount.
