Wrights Plastic Crochet Hook, 15.75mm

Works well enough, but I don't care for using plastic hooks, especially with acrylic yarn. I had two struggles with it: keeping the yarn on the hook, and too much friction when I could keep it on there. Granted, part of that is simply getting used to such a large hook, but I think I'd rather have a hook that worked more smoothly. I'm only cutting back 1-star, as I would probably purchase this again.. good price and it's not a tool I use so often that I'd want to invest any more money into it.

I have their metal hooks and love them. On these plastic ones the yarn doesn't slide the same way. There is more friction, which may be helpful with other types of yarn.

It is as they said it was, but shipping was really slow. No matter though, it is really too large a hook for my small hand. Works out your hands, arms, and patience! All good, right? :-)

I was unable to find this crochet hook int he stores so I had to order it on the internet. By the time I paid for shipping plus the price of the hook, I could have purchased the item I was making with the hook. However, I was thankful to be able to get it even though it turned out to be costly. It is well made and fit my project perfectly.

After using the item on a hook rug project it cracked. Very disappointed in the quality. I would not recommend

Needed to add to my collection of hooks. Getting ready to have plenty of items to work on come cooler/ snowy weather.

I love it and it is so much easier to use then the small one and it doesn't hurt my hands as much as the little ones do.I wish I would of bought this one a long time ago.
