High price but quality is still high.
This misses out on a 5 star review simply because of the continuing high prices of ink. That being said, I can't complain about these cartridges. The high capacity of this cartridge is great when doing large volume printing. The shelf life of these cartridges is also to be mentioned as I have used cartridges that have been almost 6 months past their stamped expiry date and had no problems with them. The long shelf life also means you can stock up when you find them on sale.I've never had clogs in my printer heads from using these cartridges nor have I had any major printing quality problems. One issue which also happens with the color cartridges is that from time to time as the cartridge approaches empty it will print lightly or in "bands" even though the printer says there is still sufficient ink left. Not a big issue as by this point the cartridge only has 10-20 pages left in it anyway.

It's ink
Manufacturers now insist you only use their overpriced accessories (ink cartridges) and have measures to be sure you don't refill or use a generic. That's lame and low. That being said, I like Epson for print quality as well as features for price. This was cheaper here than locally, but still overpriced. What more can I say...it's overpriced ink.

Out of date
Yep, super fast shipping, good price, but 9 months out of date. Brilliant!

Nothing wrong with the items I received. However, I was really upset with your treatment on my request of cancellation of items which were double ordered by mistake. I tried more than 20 times, but your response was very negative and unreasonable. Once I thought to stop the payment or return the products, but I changed my mind as the exessive items could be used for a long time. Now, I would like to advise you that you lost a potential long time customer as I made my mind up "never order anything through your outfit". Aloha, disappointed customer.

Not bad
At first this ink cartridge did not seat properly or there was some type of other issue because it would not work and my Epson Workforce 610 printer/scanner/etc recognized it as not being genuine Epson ink. But after removing the cartridge and reseating it...it has been working great. As far as capacity; I do not use my printer that much when I am not actively in school which I won't be until January...so perhaps another review will follow.

Epson Ultra 97 Extra High-capacity Inkjet Cartridge
Well, it works, if that is what you are asking. If you want to know which printer(s) this ink cartridge will work on, there is a special section on the epson website that will tell you exactly which cartridge to buy. As to whether or not a generic ink cartridge will perform just as well as this one, it will. I bought a generic one right after this cartridge arrived and the generic one worked for more prints than this one did. Im not sure if it is because I used less ink-per-page or because epson overprices their high-capacity ink cartridges, but anyways, its a great buy and I think that the high-capacity is the only way to go.

Just what I ordered
An ink cartridge for my new printer. Am told it's best to buy the brand recommended rather than a generic and did so. Am sure the ink will work just fine. Price through Amazon as good as any and better than most. But everyone knows that name-brand ink cartridges are over-priced! Have not started using it and am hoping that the "extra-high capacity" will prove to be the most economical buy.

97 is much better than the 68 or 69.
This was a much better yield than the 68 or 69 that I accidentally bought the last time. 97 was what originally came with the printer and it lasted us a year. I couldn't tell you how many copies that is, but we are a homeschool family with a home office that uses the printer daily. I was very pleased with how long it lasted.
