adidas Original Gazelle II Men`s Sneakers

Way back in '71 I bought my first Adidas Gazelles (in blue) for running cross country. Back then all the cool kids were wearing them. This version is no longer made of Kangaroo hide or made in Germany. The blue is a little deeper but the three white stripes are still there. I like the way they look and the way that they feel. This is my fourth pair since high school. I'll continue to buy them as long as they're available. I bought the last pair years ago, they're a bit faded but still serviceable.

I am between 11.0 and 11.5 in adidas shoes. I wear 11.5 in most brands. These are quite comfortable casual shoes.

The shoes fit fine. But, they came in a beat up box with a clearance tag for much less than I paid for them.

I have been looking for this color in the stores for a long time and ended up finding them on Amazon. I was going to go with the green color after a few of the reviews said the red was more like orange but took a chance and I love them!! Yes the red isn't a deep red but it's still a red brushed suede so I do not know what people were expecting. I could not be happier with these shoes and will most likely get the green color next. They take time to break in just like all the other Adidas shoes so worry not. I have had so many compliments on them already.

I got this shoe and was impressed with the build quality and such, but it was just too big. The red color is definetely off to, more like a burnt orange than a light red in my opinion. I got the navy blue ones instead a size smaller and it was a perfect fit. For some reason, Adidas shoes are slightly larger than any other brands I've owned (Nikes, Asics, Jordans, etc). But after getting the right size and a better color, I must say I LOVE these shoes. Just perfect for casual wear and their so light! Great looks (except red) and I get a ton of compliments about how cool they are. Great for walking too!

I should have given more credence to a previous reviewer's comment that these shoes are NOT a true red. They look like they've been left in the sun for a year before going through the laundry 50 times. As the other reviewer notes, the tongue and soles are RED. The suede is orange, or an extremely faded 'vintage' red at best. They weren't what I was looking for. A quick pop over to Google shows that most photos of this particular color are very misleading.Gazelles are phenomenal shoes though. I'll just stick with colors I can verify.

shoe was too small. i returned them to adidas they tried to tell me they wouldn't exchange them for another pair....Finally after much complaining on my end i was able to exchange them for another size but not the same color. UGH

Bought these for my son - you only get what you pay for, excellent quality.....

Great colour, wanted a different colour for a change looks good with black jeans. Love the retro look.

These are fantastic, fitted perfect and the colour is vivid as you would expect from a pair of Gazelles. Delivery was early too so that was a bonus.
