Can I use stopwatch and interval timer at the same time? Like for timed exercise intervals mixed with cardio sprints for distance.

What is the maximum time the stopwatch will count up to? Does it do count up and count down?

Can you have two different alarm types? One 2sec beep when starting and 10sec vibrate for the rest time? And back to 2sec beep for worktime

I'm wondering if this works when you have say 45 sec with 10 second rest periods. You do this for say 4 reps. You want a 1 min rest then start again
