Although the pills are slightly large, they go down easily and also have a sweet /nice taste to them (compared to other brands that taste chalky) Good quality product! Just be aware that for a "full daily dose" the directions say to take 3 pills a day. For me, the magnesium helps me sleep better, decrease stress, keeps me 'regular', and helps with leg neuropathy. The first night i took it, I slept deeply for a full 8 hours for the first time in weeks!

Deeper sleep after starting this.

I started taking these two days ago during the weekend. I took 1 tablet during the day and 1 before bed. I woke up this morning, usually sore all over from my workouts and lack of flexibility but this morning I had zero pain and I work a somewhat physical job in a warehouse. My body feels really relaxed. The only thing is I feel like I’ve been in a fog all day. I don’t like that feeling. So I’m going to only take one before bed tonight to see how I feel tomorrow.
