Great color

Color is very good but needed two processes on the roots to rid brass. I have very dark roots.

Covers grey well. Color is very natural if your hair is already blond. Mine is naturally pretty light so not sure how well it would lift darker hair

I literally never write reviews but this toner has me excited since the last toner I tried didn’t really work. I just did a test strand and showed the before and after. I rlly like the way it turned out!!

Awesome color. I have a really strong yellow undertone. I like how it worked with the 40 Wella activator

10A Palest Ash Blonde- you guys, never in my experience in both professional and personal hair care have I experienced such a painful let down. I was touching up my money piece with this color and within 5 minutes the smell was so strong my eyes started to burn and water, it was barely on my roots, close but not quite and I could feel it BURNING. It is a 1:2 ratio, mixed with 20 developer. By the time I got it off, my scalp was irritated, red, sensitive. This has never happened before, I've used Wella as my go to when touching up my hair at home and this was a first, idk if it was defective, old, or just the color itself. But I do not recommend
