Great LED's for the price!
I ran several strips of these through my house to provide various color accents to compliment the seasons and changing weather. They work great. I was very happy with the quality of the strip, the brightness, and the color. I bought the wireless remote and dimmer combo to control these. It seems to work well.If I had to do it all over again, though, I would probably buy the "600 LED strip" that provides more color saturation than this strip does. In other words, you can kind of see the LED dot's if they are close to a ceiling or wall. Wasn't a deal breaker for me though. At the time, these were Amazon Prime, so the shipping was fast and free. I like that.If you found my review helpful, feel free to click the Yes button below. Thanks! Enjoy!

I think its best to leave the ribbon intact if possible
Long term review-I've had these since January 2013. They were installed inside two rows of low horizontal shelves for background lighting. They're at or below waist level so you have to bend down to see the lights. Installation was simple. Hardest part was drilling holes in the sides of the shelves to run the wiring. I didn't try cutting the ribbon even though I bought the jumpers. I think its best to leave the ribbon intact if possible. The adhesive still sticks without a problem. They've always worked perfectly and I've had no problems. The original battery in the remote still works. I almost always leave them on the 7 color fade which gives great background lighting in a dark room. We plan to use more in some custom closet installs for a friend.

High Quality RGB LEDs but adhesive is problematic
I have always wanted to implement LED's into my room to create a sense of ambiance, after 2 hours of digging and scrutinizing pictures I decided to go with LEDwholesalers,First off, the quality of the PCB is top notch, the factory solder points are spot on and I am pretty discerning in this aspect. I even managed to step on the strip while wearing work boots (twice actually) and thought for sure I would have to splice out to section I stepped on, however all the LED's still work. The joints for cutting and soldering (say for instance when running multiple rolls) are simple enough and I had no issues using a 60/40 solder. The LED assembly itself consists 3 LEDs arranged in a triangle shape. The colors are pretty good, but some colors are brighter tahn others in terms of output, which I believe is common for LEDs of the same spec when in different wavelengths. The white appears a tad bluish but I can't complain. Now, the downside, the 3m adhesive on the back is lackluster. After less than 24 hours on the wall the entire strip was on the ground, I used an adhesive strip designed for hanging up to 2 lbs and that did the trick but for a 16 foot roll I have to buy 2 75" rolls which was another $6.43 onto the cost. However you could probably get away with just one roll, it is still a nuisance to deal with. To be fair, I had just finished painting the surface that these are on about 3 days prior in a eggshell finish so it is a little slick and that could be to blame. Either way it wasn't a huge issue, just a run to the dollar store.Overall I am very pleased. Have these hooked up to the LED music controller and it makes for a nice combination with low level music.I'll post a video once I have my room all together.

Great except for two issues
I purchased two strips to put up behind cove molding. They are run in parallel. I ended up having two issues: one strip has a distinct red tint, while the other seems to be truer to the original color. This is somewhat of a problem where the strips meet. Unfortunately, the issue was hard to detect until they were already installed under a white wall. The bigger issue didn't start until after they had been installed for a little under a week; one led started flickering between white and a kind of pinkish red color, and then finally glowed solid pink. The leds on either side are fine, and the run is perfectly straight, so there is absolutely no kinks in the strip. Rather disappointing.

Excellent LED's For Your Dollar
I bought these LED lights a few months ago and put them on my friends subwoofer box, hooked 'em up to the microphone music controller, and was amazed! The white light is truly white, unlike cheaper LED light strips. I have zero complaints about these lights as they performed so well. Then my friend hit a tree and demolished the sub box. We took the LED's off and, just to see if they still worked, hooked them back into the controller and powered it up. I was astonished to find out they still worked! I guess I can add durable to the list of complements about these lights. The adhesive backing is really strong and will pretty much stick to anything, which is very helpful on a subwoofer box. These LED lights feel cheap, but they are the best light strips I have found on the market. I highly recommend these to anyone who wants to add nice background lighting to just about anything.

backing of tape
Loved the lights however they do not stick on the surface. When I called they told me to buy double sided. tape which I did but even with that the fell off in one spot about a foot long. Aside from that I love the lights anfd remote!
