BLACK+DECKER Cord-Reel Steam Iron, Grey/White, ICR05X

I received this item very quickly. And not like the other reviews said, this one is easy to fill, heats up fast and produces great steam. I am very satisfied with its performance. Besides, it is small and light, not like other irons that I bought before. The performance is good regarding to this weight. I would definitely recommend it.

I love this iron. It has the features I was looking for: nonstick soleplate, retractable cord, automatic steam, and a control dial that is not underneath the handle. I find it very hard to reach the control dials that are on the body of the iron under the handle. This control is on the nose at the iron and is easy to reach and easy to Read

Best iron I ever had. Right amount of steam and heat. No stick. Glides easy. Retractable cord could be better but is way better than wrapping cord to put iron away. I would recommend.

This iron is everything I knew it would be. It's lightweight but sturdy enough to do the job. I can iron with peace of mind. I often walk off for short periods of time leaving the iron on. I worry that the grand kids or the dog will knock it off and get burned, so I try to set it where they can't get to it. This is not easy sometimes. But this Black and Decker Cord-reel stem iron doesn't stay hot after about 30 seconds of non use. It's still on but not hot. When you pick it up to use it against heats up quickly. I love it!

I was not impressed with this iron. It never worked well from the start of use on even cotton fabrics that should iron easily. Then, the iron started leaking and stopped heating a month and ten days after I received it (of course too late to return it) and when I contacted the company, they would only replace it with a $7.50 check included for them to ship me another one. Considering I had free prime shipping the first time, it's not worth it to me to get another crappy iron.

This iron is okay, but it does leak a lot of water on to your clothes. This seems to be a trend with all steam irons, but it shouldn't be. For the most part it work well and gets warm fast. Not disappointed with the purchase, but would like it if the water steaming was a bit more refined.

This iron works. No bells and whistles. If you want the bells and the whistles spend a little more money. I havent had a problem. I like my clothes crisp you should too.

This is absolutely the best iron. Light weight and good steam feature. I had this iron over ten years, I personally ruined it by using the steamer to remove wall paper. OMG! BUT STILL used it for clothes years after. Decided to buy a new one because I destroyed the coating on bottom.
